The most natural expression of Tinto Fino in Ribera del Duero

Dominio Romano was born as a tribute to the Romans who introduced the cultivation of vines in the region more than 2000 years ago. Now, with La Cueva (the cave), we look back, observing with a curious spirit to relearn what has been forgotten and return to the origins, back to La Cueva.

Variety: 100% Tinto Fino

Ageing: Aged for 7 months in 400L French oak barrels, clay amphorae and glass demijohns.

Bottling: Without stabilizing and with a minimum filtration. May contain natural sediments in the bottle.

Tasting note: It presents a complex nose, with a mixture of red fruits over an earthy background and balsamic nuances. The palate is fresh and balanced, with a predominance of fruity and lightly toasted notes over soft tannins.

Ideal serving temperature: 15 – 16ºC

Suggested food pairing: Roast poultry and grilled vegetables
